About The Investment Fund

The Fund has been established to work with the Donnelly Group on an exclusive basis and takes advantage of its unique industry relationships and exceptional experience.

The Donnelly Group is a well established property developer in Australia with over 25 years’ experience in delivering quality projects across all property sectors.Established in the mid level market, projects range in size from AUD $20 million to AUD $120 Million dollars.

Working exclusively with the Donnelly Group will provide the Fund with a streamline of prime opportunities to invest proceeds in the Australian property market. The Donnelly Group has established itself with many of Australia’s leading real estate agents and consultants in the property industry over twenty five years. This allows projects to be presented to the Donnelly Group off market or on an exclusive basis.

The Donnelly Group has worked with leading architects and consultants in delivering a variety of projects in commercial, residential and sensitive heritage buildings along with land sub divisions in excellent locations. It will remain the underlying objective of the Donnelly group to invest in prime real estate where demand continues to out strip supply.

TRACK RECORD WITH MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

The Donnelly Group has a successful background in residential and commercial development consisting of small to medium density property projects and intends to continue applying its tested and proven development methodology when considering future projects.

A thorough due diligence process is undertaken when assessing any potential development. Many factors are given consideration including location, market trends, customer needs, valuations, investment level and overall profitability. This information is contained in a Project Summary prepared for the Credit Committee that forms part of the initial project investment criteria.
